We ship every order with track & trace. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive the tracking link by email.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days. Shipping is free from €49; below that, you will see the shipping cost at checkout, before you pay.
Not quite right? You have 30 days to decide, counting from the day your order arrives.
Email [email protected] with your order number and we will send you the return instructions right away.
Once we have received your return, we refund the full amount within 14 days via your original payment method.
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, sealed products (such as teethers or pacifiers) can only be returned if the seal is intact.
