Order data — your name, address, email address and the contents of your order. We need these to deliver and invoice.
Account data — your email address, if you sign in with an account.
Payment data — processed directly and securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Statistics — only with your consent via the cookie banner, and as anonymously as possible.
Only with partners needed to fulfil your order: our payment provider, shipping and delivery partners, our hosting provider and our accounting. We have a data processing agreement with each of them. We never sell your data.
We keep order and invoice data for as long as the statutory (accounting) retention period requires. We delete account data as soon as you ask.
You can view, correct, delete or take your data with you at any time, and object to processing. One email to [email protected] is enough.
