All prices are in euros and include VAT. Any shipping costs are shown at checkout, before you pay.
Obvious errors in prices or product information do not bind us; we will contact you as soon as possible if this happens.
Your order is final once you receive our order confirmation by email.
You pay securely with Bancontact, iDEAL, Visa and Mastercard over an encrypted connection.
We usually deliver within 2–5 working days, and at the latest within 30 days. If that ever fails, we will let you know and you can cancel free of charge.
You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period — we extend it to 30 days from the day your order arrives. Register your return via [email protected].
The direct cost of returning is yours unless we agree otherwise. We refund the full amount (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the return.
Excluded are sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal is broken.
Everything you buy from us is covered by the legal conformity warranty: a product must do what you can reasonably expect of it. If something is wrong, email [email protected] — we will fix it with repair, replacement or a refund.
If something bothers you, email [email protected] first — together we almost always work it out. If not, in Belgium you can turn to the Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be) or the European Consumer Centre in your country.
